Upon confirming a show with a client the date is then removed from my availability list and is no longer offered elsewhere, this of course means that the date is then exclusive to the client, A written agreement/contract is in place.
If any part or parts of the contract/agreement are incorrect or you no longer wish to go ahead with the booking then you must inform me by email within 14 days of making the booking (providing the booking is more than 60 days in advance of the date of engagement otherwise you must inform me within 48 hours) any attempt to cancel outside of these terms will be deemed a breach of contract.

Cancellation outside of 60 days of the engagement date = 60% of the agreed fee
Cancellation within 60 - 30 days of the engagement date = 75% of the agreed fee
